The Closing Confirmation:

It is the responsibility of the requesting entity to ensure that documents for any closing are delivered via email or courier in a timely manner so the scheduled appointment can be met on time.

Please call or email for document delivery physical address if documents are not being shipped directly to the clients.

Cancellations:

A cancellation fee will be charged of $25 if we are not notified at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled closing.

Fees and Charges:

All Fees must be negotiated in good faith prior to the closing assignment. Fees will include: Travel, printing, notary services.

• Loans canceled/no travel: $0
• Doc printing only: $25
• Doc printing and travel: $75 or 1/2 closing fee. Which ever is greater

OAS provides a document signing courier service. All fees are due and payable regardless if the loan rescinds at a later date.
